“Why Karate?” Website + Digital Campaign

“The Art of Self-Defense” is an off-the-wall, hilarious film that explores themes like hypermasculinity. The copy for the film’s campaign, including reactive to fans, was written in this same hypermasculine tone to introduce them to the world of the story and get them excited for the release.

I wrote the description for the film’s “Why Karate?” website and contributed to the reactive campaign with some comments that were fit for the dojo, winning fans over one punch at a time.
